Jackson Machinery is a specialized provider of equipment to the blow molding industry. We are a manufacturer of custom built machinery developed to your needs and specifications for the production of difficult to mold parts. One recent machine produces contoured spindles which are based on a 1-1/4 inch square shape, 39 inches long. These finished parts exit the machine ready to pack for shipment. Another machine was developed to produce a mouth piece for a device used for resuscitation equipment which is being used by fire departments and rescue squads all across the country

We build our own proprietary lines of VersaMatic continuous extrusion and FlexiMatic accumulator head blow molding machines, but our real strength is the developement of automated work cells incorporating robotics for in line trimming, leak testing, hole boring and other secondary applications.
