This compact easy to use single station, fully automatic, continuous extrusion blow molder produces a wide variety of part shapes and sizes. The 2100 "S" will produce containers from 1 ounce to 32 ounces on dual 85 mm centers. Larger containers up to rectangular gallons may be produced using the single head configuration.

The 1 3/4" 24:1 extruder processes up to 90 pounds per hour of high density polyethylene. Standard features include;bimetallic extruder barrel, stellite flights on the extrusion screw, solid state temperature controllers, top and bottom deflash circuitry, mold safety alarm, and parison programming.
