This compact easy to use dual accumulator head blow molder is capable
of producing a wide variety of part shapes and sizes. It is often used to
manufacture toys and automotive parts weighing up to one half pound, two
at a time.
The 2" 24:1 extruder processes up to 105 pounds per hour of high density
polyethylene. Standard features include bimetallic extruder barrel, stellite
flights on the extrusion screw, solid state temperature controllers, mold
safety shutdown system, and parison programmer.
