Hayssen Econablow 75 S 1000

This midsize easy to use single accumulator head blow molder is capable of producing a wide variety of part shapes and sizes. It is often used to manufacture toys and automotive parts weighing up to five pounds. Heavy wall fuel containers up to five gallons are also conveniemtly produced on this machine.

The 3" 22:1 extruder processes up to 175 pounds per hour of high density polyethylene.

Standard features include; bimetallic extruder barrel, stellite flights on the extrusion screw, solid state temperature controllers, mold safety shutdown system, and parison programming.
