This compact easy to use single accumulator head blow molder is capable of producing a wide variety of part shapes and sizes. Often used to manufacture toys and automotive parts weighing up to one pound, it is also capable of producing jugs as large as 2 1/2 gallons.

The 2" 24:1 extruder processes up to 105 pounds per hour of high density polyethylene. Standard features include; bimetallic extruder barrel, stellite flights on the extrusion screw, solid state temperature controllers, mold safety shutdown system, and parison programming.
