This compact easy to use dual accumulator head blow molder is capable of producing a wide variety of part shapes and sizes. Often used to manufacture toys and automotive parts weighing up to one pound, it is also capable of producing jugs as large as 2 1/2 gallons.

The 2" 24:1 extruder processes up to 140 pounds per hour of high density polyethylene. Standard features include; bimetallic extruder barrel, stellite flights on the extrusion screw, solid state temperature controllers, mold safety shutdown system, and parison programming.

Dual 0.625 pound accumulator head Polyethylene machine. Usable platten area, 18.5 x 25 inches.
