Process Optimization with Machine Hours Costing – Use the principles of machine-hour costing to determine and rank rental income.
Capturing Operating or Up-time – Still entering downtime manually? How about lost hours in set up? Learn how to wire it to the auto-cycle.
Machine Selection Parameter – Calculate required die size from part dimensions, estimate required clamp tonnage, and ease of mold change.
Polyethylene Material Basics. – Learn the three parameters of HDPE and how they affect part and processing.
